Goal

In a multi-server environment. Production Domain: 3 servers total - 2-Web/App servers (Server A and Server B) and 1 DB/Process Scheduler server.
Connections are allowed to one of the Web/App (Server A) servers from outside the company's firewall.

Many Users log into the protected Web/App server (Server B), generate a workflow which sends out an email. The URL link within the email has Server B and if User is outside the firewall they are unable to use the link .
Eg. http://ServerB.company.com:9999/psp/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/ROLE_EMPLOYEE.EP_CURRENT_MY_PRF.GBL?FolderPath=PORTAL_ROOT_OBJECT....

Prefer link to be:

http://ServerA.company.com:9999/psp/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/ROLE_EMPLOYEE.EP_CURRENT_MY_PRF.GBL?FolderPath=PORTAL_ROOT_OBJECT...

Is there a way to set the server name/ address in the URL to always default to the URL of the server (Server A) that does allow connections outside the firewall for any work flow - regardless of which server (Server A or Server B) the sending user was at the time the workflow email was generated?
