The Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) has announced -:
From the 2013-14 reporting period, the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 will be fully operational although minimum standards will not apply until the 2014-15 reporting period. From this time relevant employers will be required to complete and submit online - A workplace profile showing the composition of their workforce by gender, employment status, standardized occupational categories for managers and non–managers, for managers, their reporting level to the CEO and remuneration data for managers and non-managers.
This report will be submitted on line via an excel spreadsheet provided by the Australian Government.
New functionality which will include the following replication steps:
(a) Fulfill employee's required personal information, job data.
(b) Run pay to finalise state for the FY
(c) Generate WGEA Report
New fields on the HR Australian section of Job Data and Workplace profile reports for Managers & Non Managers will be developed.
