E-PORTAL: Navigation Collection Errors When Using Unified Navigation (Doc ID 1637122.1)

Symptoms

When accessing Navigation Collections under Unified Navigation, certain links to folders within Navigation Collections will yield a "not found" error.

Sample errors:

Navigation Collection not found

The Navigation Collection you have specified cannot be found. There are two possible causes for this error: 1) the Navigation Collection specified is invalid or no longer exist, or 2) you do not have access to this Navigation Collection. Contact your portal administrator.

REPLICATION STEPS

For example, issue is replicable for example with the Accounts Payable WorkCenter navigation collection in FSCM 9.0 when accessed via Unified Navigation.

Scenario with Unified Navigation folder pointing to root FSCM folder::
1. E900GXIU_Root > Accounts Payable > Accounts Payable WorkCenter
2. Click on "Add/Update" under "Vouchers"

Result:

Navigation Collection not found

If navigating directly to the Add/Update folder, then it works fine.  i.e. directly from the drop down menu going to either
a) E900GXIU AP WorkCenter > Accounts Payable WorkCenter > Vouchers > Add/Update, or
b) E900GXIU_Root > Accounts Payable > Accounts Payable WorkCenter > Vouchers > Add/Update
