"Error Generating Report Output" When Printing an Applicant and Job Posting Title Includes '&' (Doc ID 1637775.1)

Symptoms

When a Job Posting Description Type contains a “&” sign, then a error is displayed when you “Print Job Opening”

Error happens when you use the ampersand sign “ & “

Error generating report output (235,2309) PSXP_RPTDEFNMANAGER.ReportDefn.OnExecute Name:ProcessReport PCPC:64640 Statement 1595
Called from: HRS_JOB_OPENING_MANAGER.OBJ_OBJ_HRS_JOB_OPENING.BUS.JO.OnExecute Name: PrintJobOpening Statement: 1795
Called from:HRS_JO_PRINT.GBL.HRS_JO_PRNT_WRK.HRS_PRVW_PB.FieldChange Statement4

Error occurred during the process of generating the output file from template file, XML data file, and translate XLIFF file

STEPS TO REPLICATE ISSUE

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Add a new Job Posting Description which contains the “&” sign
Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Posting Description

Add the New Description to the Job Opening Posting Template
Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Templates > Job Opening Posting Template

Link the Description to a Job Opening
Main Menu > Recruiting > Search Job Openings

Click on Job Opening Description > Select Details > Job Postings
Click on Posting Title and Add the new Description type

Make sure you click on save prior to printing

Click on Print Job Openings and receive the Following error :
