Symptoms
When a Job Posting Description Type contains a “&” sign, then a error is displayed when you “Print Job Opening”
Error happens when you use the ampersand sign “ & “

Error occurred during the process of generating the output file from template file, XML data file, and translate XLIFF file
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Add a new Job Posting Description which contains the “&” sign
Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Posting Description
2. Add the New Description to the Job Opening Posting Template
Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Templates > Job Opening Posting Template
3. Link the Description to a Job Opening
Main Menu > Recruiting > Search Job Openings
4. Click on Job Opening Description > Select Details > Job Postings
5. Click on Posting Title and Add the new Description type
6. Make sure you click on save prior to printing
7. Click on Print Job Openings and receive the error.
