EAP: Error, Class Row method GetRowset scroll PYMNT_VCHR_XREF is invalid. (2,270), when entering Basis Date Calc on a Voucher (Doc ID 1639694.1)

When creating a Voucher with Federal Payment enabled, if the Invoice Date is not populated on the Voucher > Invoice Information page, an error will occur when the user clicks 'Calculate' on the Date Calculation (VCHR_DT_CALC_SBP) page.

The scroll name has been used as a parameter of the specified method.  It is not valid for the current object.

Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program.

1.  Enable Federal Payment on the Installation Options > Payables page
2.  Create a Voucher and do not populate the Invoice Date field
3.  On the Voucher > Information page, click the hyperlink for Calc Basis Date
4.  On the Date Calculation page, populate the date fields
5.  Click the Calculate button
6.  Above error occurs
