Bill Plan Status is Not Updated to 'Completed' though all the events are 'Completed' (Doc ID 1640434.1)

Why Bill Plan status is not updated to 'Completed' though all the events are completed with below scenario:

Replication Steps:
1. Create a Contract with 'Amount' based line.
2. Do Amount Allocation for $1000.
3. Assign Milestone Bill Plan and add three events, $500, $500% & $0.
4. Activate the Contract, Make Bill Plan 'Ready' and only two events to 'Ready' and Process CA_BI_INTFC
5. Generate Invoice and Process Contract & Projects update process BIPCC000.
6.Two events with 500$ are completed.
7.Delete the event with 0$ and save the page.
8.Though all the events are completed Bill Plan remains in In-Progress Status.
