In FSCM 9.0 after applying patch 13963824 below error is encountered after contract amendment.

Allocation in not equal to 100%. Correct the allocation.
the total of all of the Account Plan events must represent 100% of the obligation total.

Error Changing value.{CA_ACCTPLAN_CI.REVIEWED}(91,34)
An error occured while chaning the value of the field.

Not a valid amount.
Amunt is over total event amount, less than 0, or over the remaining amount available to allocate.

Error saving component interface CA_ACCTPLAN_CI (91,37)
An error occurred while saving the Component Interface.  The most likely cause is that required fields were uninitialized, or that the business logic enforcement within in PeopleCode returned an error

Replication Steps:
1. Create a contract with amount based contract line.
2. Do amount allocation say $500
3. Assign 'Apportionment Method' Revenue Plan.
4. Add 'Amount based' events with 5 periods.
5. Activate the Contract.
6. Amend the Contract and change the value from $500 to $100
7. Process the Amendment and save the page error is encountered.
