HRHD 360 Degree View page opens with error "User unable to invoke Service Operation HD_360_REQUEST_SYNC. (158, 536)" (Doc ID 1640680.1)

Symptoms

When contractors are attempting to open HRHD 360 Degree View of any employee, an error is displayed and no information stored in HR System is shown.  When the same set of roles assigned to Contractor is added to any employee, HRHD 360 Degree View page opens perfectly showing all the information stored in HR System.


ERROR MESSAGE:
User 088042 unable to invoke Service Operation HD_360_REQUEST_SYNC. (158, 536)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Make sure HD_360_REQUEST_SYNC service operations is setup between CRM 9.1 and HR

2. Logon to CRM as Contractor and click HRHD 360 Degree View

3. Search for any employee -- HRHD 360 Degree View page is displayed but scroll to the bottom shows error "User 088042 unable to invoke Service Operation HD_360_REQUEST_SYNC" and no information stored in HR System is shown.

 

IMPACT:

Contractors are not able to view employee information properly.
