Symptoms

One PeopleTools 8.53, with PSAESRV disabled on Process Scheduler, after having configured multiple access profiles as required by Oracle Active Data Guard (ADG) setup:
The Application Engine(AE) processes, instead of running to completion, get stuck indefinitely in Run Status "Initiated".
