Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
On 1st June, a Job Data Action 'Completion Of Probation' is entered for an employee. On 1st July, the employee is transferred into a semi-monthly pay group. The Comp Rate remains unchanged at THB 20,550. When the first semi-monthly payroll of July is run, the TAX ALLOW SS is incorrectly calculated as THB 6,066.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
The base amount for the TAX ALLOW SS of the first semi-monthly payroll of July should be monthly based, NOT semi-monthly amount. Therefore the TAX ALLOW SS for the first period (1-15) should be THB 7,200.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process the June payroll of a monthly pay group to Finalized.
2. Transfer an employee into a semi-monthly Pay Group .
3. Process the first semi-monthly payroll of July.
