Symptoms
From Find Learning page, No Results Returned message displayed when active Courses and Programs exist for Learner in the correct Learner Groups.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1) Log in ELM as a Learner
2) Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Learning > Find Learning
3) No Results Displayed page.
