Symptoms

On : PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF)

When attempting to login in to the Peopletools test framework tool,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

There was an error when PeopleSoft test Framework was trying to login.
Please, check if the UserID and Password are correct.

ErrMessage: null
ErrSource: mscorlib

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start PTF client and login
