Close PO Process Frequently Timed Out For PO Reconciliation Workbench

On Purchase Orders, Close PO process frequently timed out for PO Reconciliation Workbench
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing >Purchase Orders > Reconcile POs > Reconciliation Workbench
2. Check Box PO ID from "Not Qualified Grid"
3. Click "Arrow Icon" to move "Checked PO ID" to "Quallified Grid"
4. Click "Yes" Button to proceed
5. Processing 20 mins and Page is timed out
