Question 1: The system does not allow multiple direct deposit changes via Self Service on the same day. When attempting to do so it disables the "Add", "Edit" and "Delete" buttons with the message "Multiple direct deposit changes are not allowed in the same day. As you have already entered a direct deposit change today, please try again tomorrow. "
Also, if the employee were to first delete all of his direct deposit bank accounts via Self Service, the system just gives a message "You are not allowed to add any direct deposit entries today. Try again tomorrow"
Is this a bug? If not why does the system enforce these restrictions?
Question 2: It's still not clear how even the vanilla version would prevent the scenario you stated. Say:
1. Employee makes direct deposit change on 3/3/2014
2. Pay confirm runs on 3/4/2014
3. Same Employee again makes direct deposit change on 3/4/2014 (after pay confirm finishes)
4. Direct Deposit file process runs on 3/5/2014
How can the demo/vanilla version prevent issues if an employee makes a change to their direct deposit information before confirm runs and then another change before the direct deposit file is created?
