HR Help Desk - Add case For Direct Reports Generate Error When Going Through SSO (Doc ID 1645950.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click on "Add Case" link from 'Direct Reports' while on HRHD Worker 360 Degree View
the following error occurs:

Internal Server Error:  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to continue.


Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Test with a CRM 9.1 env linked to HCM 9.0 or 9.1.
2. Login as HHDUSA_AGT3 /HHDUSA_AGT3 (or an HRHD manager user....who has direct reports).
3. Under 'Direct reports' section....click on 'Add Case' next to one of the direct reports......error occurs: Page data Inconsistent....and the page does not render.
