Manager in Manager Self Service creating a new ePerformance Document encounters a SQL error in Sybase and SQL Server

 When a Manager tries to create an ePerformance Document for one of their reportees the system issues a fatal SQL in Sybase

1.  Log in as User PS/PS

2.  Got to Manager Self Service>Performance Management>Performance Documents>Create Documents

3.  Enter the Dates to and From, Select the Document Type and Template

4.  Click the Create Buttom

5. Error Message:
 A fatal SQL error occured Please consult your system log for details

 A SQL error has occurred, review the SQL to determine the cause of the error.
@ Review the program for errors.  If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed.
