GP UK Conflicting Retro Processing Definitions - AE_PEN And PAYROLL (Doc ID 1646205.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to process a payroll where an employee has opted out of an Auto Enrolled Pension scheme and has also had another retro event,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Retro cannot be processed for Payee %1 due to conflicting Retro Processing definitions


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Opt Out an employee from their previously Auto Enrolled Pension scheme
2. Run the Pension Auto Enrollment GBR process
3. Review the Retro Triggers for the employee. Note a Trigger Event Id of AE_Pen has been xreated
4. Amend the compensation rate for the employee, as a retro Event
5. Review the Triggers again, and now another retro trigger has been created for another Trigger Event Id.
6. Process the Pay roll for the current period
7. Review the log file,

Due to this issue, users cannot process both retro events without manual intervention.
