RTI NI YTD Figures Incorrect in FPS when Retro Change of NI Category (Doc ID 1646224.1)

Symptoms

An employee is on NI Cat A for April and May 2013. In June 2013, he has a retro NI Category change to Cat C, effective 1st May 2013. This is processed using Corrective Retro.

When the FPS process is run, NI EEs and ERs YTD figures are reported for Category A as of May 2013 and Category C as of June 2013. The values for Category A are too high as the Category C figures also include values from May 2013. The Category A YTD figure should now be reported as of April 2013, which is the last period where the employee was on Cat A.

The problem is in step GPGB_RTI_FPS.FPSEmp.Step2.2 (Do Select). This selects the most recent set of relating to an NI category other than the one from the current period. This is valid but it should always consider the most recent version of each calendar (NOTE only for corrective retro) when determining if the NI category matches the current period.
