ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The NET PAYMENT SQR is not picking the fields from the latest effective dated row.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------------

The report needs to pick-up the latest EFFDT row to make sure it reflects the latest information.

STEPS
--------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Workforce Administration > Modify a Person
Change the name of an employee with a new EFFDT row

Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Calculate Absence and Payroll
Calculate and finalise payroll

Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payment Processing > Run Payment Prep Process
Run and finalise the banking

Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt >Payment processing > Net Payment Report AUS
Run the Net Payment Report
