Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
If an employee has no SGP National ID Type (Country = SGP), the employee is still printed in the IR8A Form and generated into the IR8A File. Also for an employee with SGP National ID Type Malaysian I/C or Passport No, the employee is generated into the IR8A File even though the Employee’s Designation (segment type = NAD, PE, position 50 -79) does not contain the word “DIRECTOR”.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
According to the IRAS Interface File Specification release 9.0, the Payee's ID Type (segment type = RFF, 2nd occ: AWM) cannot be blank and must be one of the following :
1=NRIC
2=FIN
3=Immigration File Ref No
4=Work Permit No
5=Malaysian I/C
6=Passport No

Currently all these ID Type could be entered in Biographical Details with SGP National ID Type (Country = SGP) which is fine.

Any employees without SGP National ID Type (i.e. Country <> SGP) should NOT be printed in the IR8A Form and should NOT be generated into the IR8A File.

If Payee's ID Type is 5 (i.e. Malaysian I/C) or 6 (i.e. Passport No), Employee’s Designation (segment type = NAD, PE, position 50 -79) must be “DIRECTOR” or its variations, i.e. it must contain the word “DIRECTOR”, Otherwise, the employee should NOT be printed in the IR8A Form and should NOT be generated into the IR8A File.

During Create IR8A/S Forms, the above employees should be generated into a log file to highlight to users that these employees do not have IR8A Form and will not be generated into the IR8A File.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For an employee A, remove the National ID row where Country = SGP and insert a new row with Country = CHE (Workforce Administration, Personal Information, Modify a Person, Biographical Details ).
2. For an employee B with National ID row where Country = SGP, change National ID Type = Passport (Workforce Administration, Personal Information, Modify a Person, Biographical Details ).
3. Run Create IR8A/IR8S Forms SGP (Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt, Year-End Processing, Create IR8A/IR8S Forms SGP, Create IR8A/S Form).
4. Run Create IR8A File SGP (Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt, Year-End Processing, Create IR8A File SGP, Create IR8A File ).
