Customer was building an SES search index for search definition EP_AP_VENDOR in two different environments against the same set of data.  In one environment, once the build completes, searches against the PDF's work but in the other they don't.  An incremental index run against a test case the vendor produces a virtually identical search log, except Total data indexed = 3,357,336 bytes on the successful side but only 28,725 bytes on the unsuccessful side.  Pasting the PDF URL's into a browser works fine.
