Upgrading from Release 8.4 SP2 to Release 9.2 PI #5.
Users are not able to create Express Check from the PYMNT_EXPRESS page. When the Create Payment button is selected, the following message appears:
Either the pay cycle doesn't exist OR you are not authorized to use it. (7015,186)
In Release 8.4 SP2, this usually means that the User has not been setup for Pay Cycle Security by User ID but the User had been setup correctly.
Is there any additional security access for the Pay Cycle that need to be setup in Release 9.2?
