Goal

What exactly are the EO91 Common Objects Bundle? We have applied patches up to GP 9.1 Update 2013-D, and the EO91 Common Objects Bundle are not required before.  These prerequisites only appear for GP 9.1 Update 2014-A.  Should we apply all EO91 Common Objects Bundle?
