Symptoms
Getting errors when doing a Template-Based Hire transaction after applying HRMS 9.1 Bundle 14. Error is caused by Resolution 896907 of HRMS Bundle 14.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workforce Administration > Template-Based Hire > Template-Based Hire and select Template-Based hire
2.Select template KUEMP_ADMIN_ITDEPT and click Continue
3. Except defaults and click continue
4. Enter Data. Use jobcode 820065
5. Click Save and Submit
6. Receive Further Processing Required page
7. Go to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Manage Hires
8. Click view errors
