Symptoms

In Campus Solutions 9.0 Student Financials, Production,

We are receiving the Compute Error (14811,98) message when trying to calculate tuition for students. We are receiving the error in production and have replicated in a test environment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Financials, Tuition and Fees, Calculate Tuition;
  2. Enter an emplid;
  3. Recalculate tuition
