If employees who are on LOA but were included in the 2014 Compensation Cycle should the WCS_CYCLOAD process exclude them automatically, or is there a way if they show up in the cycle that they can be excluded before the cycle load? In this case these employees had a Pay Increase dated 04/01/2014 inserted into job data?
We were under the assumption that if an employee was on an LOA status prior to the comp cycle being opened that they would not be pulled into the cycle for processing. But WCS_CYCLOAD process is fetching those employees.
In addition if these employees are put on an LOA status after the cycle is open, the questions is does the cycle recognize that new status?
If it does not, and these rows loaded as the cycle is expected to process, then is there a process to remove them from the load cycle prior to running the process?
If any of the employee status is on "L (Leave of Absence)" or P (Leave with Pay)" before comp cycle is opened, will they be considered in Compensation Cycle Load process or not.
My comments if the employees are pulled into the cycle by the group and tree build does it really matter if the cycle is open or not to have them included in the Cycle Load Process?
