Symptoms

Leading zeroes in bank account in Netherlands are getting truncated and giving an error message while setting up a bank account number

ERROR
-----------------------
Account number must be >=8 digits (1000, 572)
Based on the rules for this country, the account number must adhere to the length specified.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main menu - Workforce Administration - Personal Information - Biographical - Bank accounts
2. Set country code NLD
3. Enter IBAN
4. Validate
