E-SSL: Google Chrome Browser Shows Message "Identity not Verified" When Accessing PeopleSoft using HTTPS

If accessing the PeopleSoft application using https protocol, the Google Chrome Browser displays message:
Identity not Verified
This occurs only on Google Chrome. When accessing PeopleSoft using other browsers such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, everything works fine and there are no browser warnings.
