EAP: Voucher Mass Maintenance Search Results do not display when no Vouchers are found

Search Criteria of Business Unit and Voucher ID are entered on the Voucher Mass Maintenance page. When clicking on the Search button, if nothing is found, the following message is no longer displayed:
0 voucher(s) found. 0 voucher(s) selected.
This message was displayed when on PEOPLESOFT FSCM IMAGE 9.2.003 but once PEOPLESOFT FSCM IMAGE 9.2.004 was applied, this message is no longer display.
1. On the Voucher Mass Maintenance page, the following Search Criteria is defined:
Business Unit = US001
Voucher ID = TESTING1
2. Above Voucher ID does not exist in the system
3. Click Search
4. Above message is not displayed even though the Voucher was not found
