By Default, when a notification is sent via AAF and the Send URL flag is checked, the Case URL that will be included in the message will use the RC_CASE component.
How do we redirect the Link sent via AAF notifications to open the Self service URL(RC_HD_CASE) instead of the Employee URL(RC_CASE)?
