Manage Audiences Export File produces ViewAttachment Failed (137,19) errors when Get File is clicked. (Doc ID 1668322.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view exported audience list by clicking on Get File, the following errors appear one after another. This is a test export of 3 lines (31 byte file). There is plenty of disk space on all servers (app, web, FTP, etc.) and the RA_EXPORT_AUDIENCE URL is configured, connectivity to this FTP URL has been verified and tested successfully using PeopleSoft Test Utilities.

ERROR MESSAGES:

The ViewAttachment() call failed because the file transfer operation did not
succeed.

ViewAttachment failed: No disk space on the app server (137,22)

The ViewAttachment() call failed because there was insufficient space on the
application server. Please free up space on the application server and try
again.
====================================================
ViewAttachment failed: No disk space on the web server (137,23)

The ViewAttachment() call failed because there was insufficient disk space on
the web server. Please free up space on the web server and try again.
====================================================
ViewAttachment failed: File exceeds the max size (137,24)

The ViewAttachment() call failed because the file exceeds the maximum
permitted size. Please try again with a smaller file.

ViewAttachment failed: Cannot locate destination system for ftp (137,25)

The ViewAttachment() call failed because the application server cannot
connect to the file server using ftp. Make sure the file server is up,
connected to the network, and can be ping'd from the application server.

REPLICATION STEPS
=================
1. Open existing audience with count > 0
2. Click Export on the toolbar
3. Select at least one or two fields from People profile (First Name and Last
Name)
4. Click Save for the export to initiate
5. Click Refresh until export status goes to "Successfully Exported".
6. Click Get File -- errors appear
