E-IB: When Navigating to Integration Network Center Suite Of Pages in PeopleTools 8.53, User is Logged Out Of PIA (Doc ID 1668645.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.53 version, Integration Broker

When attempting to access the Integration Network suite of pages, the User is logged out and the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PIA
2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Integration Network
3. Page "spins" for 10-15 seconds and then user is logged out of PIA with error "An error has occurred.  You may attempt to sign in again.  If your attempt fails, please contact your System Administrator."

Other possible errors seen in Application Server and stderr logs:

PSPAL::Abort: Unrecoverable exception received
PSPAL::UnhandledExceptionFilter::RecoverableExceptionFilter
