Error When Applying for Job Opening: "Job Opening(s) # XXXXXX No Longer Available." (Doc ID 1669097.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to apply for a Job Opening, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Job Opening(s) # XXXXXX no longer available.
We are sorry, the selected job or jobs you are trying to apply for are no longer available. Please modify your selection.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Candidate Gateway > Site and Create 3 new sites. Other than site id and Description the data is the same for the 3 sites.
2. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Recruitment Sources > Recruitment Sources create 3 Recruitment Sources with Source Type = Company for the 3 sites created in step 1.
3. Navigate to Recruiting > Create New Job Opening, create a Job Opening(JO) for Accountant and Post to Site 1.
4. Create a job opening for Analyst-Data and post to Site 2.
5. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Recruiting Installation and click on Applicant tab.
Set the Apply Online Site ID to Site 2.
6. Navigate to Careers in the menu. Log in as applicant. Click Save Job for Analyst-Data.
7. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Recruiting Installation and click on Applicant tab
Set the Apply Online Site ID to Site 1.
8. Navigate to Careers in the menu. Log in as applicant. Click Save Job for Accountant.
9. Both the Accountant and the Analyst-Data jobs display in My Saved Jobs.
10.Click the checkbox for Analyst-Data and Click Apply for Selected Jobs button – incorrect error message display job is no longer available
11. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Recruiting Installation and click on Applicant tab
Set the Apply Online Site ID to Site 2.
12. Navigate to Careers in the menu. Log in as applicant. Navigate to My Saved Jobs. Click the checkbox for Accountant and Click Apply for Selected Jobs button – incorrect error message display job is no longer available.
