Symptoms
When Running the GM_GMFACS process, the target F&A transactions (SFA) are not created in PROJ_RESOURCE and there are related transactions in the PS_GM_PRJ_ERR table (Grants > Awards > FA Error Interactive Report).
Replication Steps:
- Run the Grants > Awards > Process Facilities Admin for a BU that has applicable rows that generate SFA transactions.
