Goal

The Accounting Date on payments processed in lag days does not have accounting date = begin date of next period.

Lag days are defined on AP BU. When a voucher is created in lag days the accounting date is updated to the begin date of next period. When payment are processed in lag days, the payment accounting date on the payment entries seem to be updated based on accounting date setup on the pay cycle. Business expects the payment accounting date to be updated as begin date of next period if the payment is created on a lag day.
