When searching for names using the Search/Match component, the search results are not searching all names when name types other than Primary exist. This causes duplicate IDs to be created by users.

Search/Match results display rows for all name types.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Personal Information > Biographical > Names.
2. Retrieve an existing ID (e.g. ADM2001) and add a name type other than Primary (such as former with a different last name) and click Submit. Click Save.
3. Navigate to Search/Match. For Search Type, select Person. For Search Parameter, select PSCS_TRADTIONAL. Click Search.
4. For Search Result Code, select PSCS_TRAD_RESUL.
5. For First Name Search, enter the first name of Test ID. For Last Name Search, enter old last name. Two rows for name type are not displayed in Search Results.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot rely on Search/Match to check changes in names. This results in duplicate EMPLIDs.
