PC_EXPRSS_AM Not Selecting The Right FILTER ID For Express Capitalization (Doc ID 1670135.1)

While maintaining the Express Asset Capitalization functionality in Project Costing, a user changed the FILTER_ID on the Asset Integration Rules page for a project. When the express capitalization process PC_EXPRSS_AM was then run, the new filter did not get selected but the old one was used instead.  Why not?
