E-SQR: SQR Reports Executing "TRUNCATE" SQL Command Throws The Error "SQL Error = ORA-00001: unique constraint (<USER>.PS_XXX) violated" (Doc ID 1670300.1)

After upgrade to PT8.51.23 when running SQR Reports that truncate multiple tables the following error occurs:
"SQL Error = ORA-00001: unique constraint (<USER>.PS_A0_B_1AR_ACTENT) violated

Error on line 71:
  (SQR 3301) Program stopped by user request.

SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting."

The process is using "TRUNCATE" SQL command specified with Capital Letters.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA;
2. Navigate to Process Scheduler > System Process Requests
3. Select an existing Run Control Id or add a new one;
4. Run the SQR Reports
5. The error occurs in the out file generated by sqr functionality
