HRS_JOB_AGENT Errors on SQL Server: "Incorrect Syntax Near 'A'"

When attempting to run the HRS_JOB_AGENT Process the following error occurs.
File: e:\pt85306c-retail\peopletools\src\psappeng\aedebug.hSQL error. Stmt #: 1623 Error Position: 0 Return: 8601 - [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near 'A'.
[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Statement(s) could not be prepared. (SQLSTATE 37000) 8180
Failed SQL stmt: DELETE FROM PS_HRS_PRF_LOC A WHERE EXISTS ( SELECT 'X' FROM PS_HRS_AGNT_PROF B WHERE B.HRS_PERSON_ID = A.HRS_PERSON_ID AND B.SEARCH_NAME = A.SEARCH_NAME AND CONVERT(DATETIME, CONVERT(CHAR(10),B.HRS_ROW_UPD_DTTM,121)) <= '2013-12-27' AND B.HRS_JOBAGENT_IND = 'Y')
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply HRMS 9.1 Bundle #14
2. Navigate to Recruiting>Administration>Run Job Search Agent
