Users Able to Rate a Section Item for Which Rating Model is Not Defined in ePerformance 9.2 - Error "Fetching Array Element 3: Index is Not in Range 1 to 2" (Doc ID 1673090.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the complete self evaluation step, the following error occurs.

Fetching array element 3: index is not in range 1 to 2


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a performance template, and on the Content tab, do not enter a rating model for a section item
2. Log in as a manager and create a performance document using the above template, complete the Define Criteria step.
3. Login as an Employee, start Review Self Evaluation.
4. Click on the Rating description button and select the proficiency.
5. For the Content item, which did not had any Rating Model, when Rating Description button is clicked Rating Model PopUp (Hidden) page is displayed.
6. Search for rating models and select any model. Select the proficiency.
7. Employee rating is displayed as (Invalid Value)
8. Save or Complete the evaluation.

Due to this issue, users are given an option to select any Rating model which is leading to the Fetch array errors.
