Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While applying CS Bundle 33 users get to the manual steps that need to be followed for the supplemental doc UPD905422_ADDL_SUP_01.doc.  That doc instructs users to update the Common Attribute Framework Record for the 'SAD_TESTDT'.  It tells the users to expand the Entity Associations within the Attributes section to associate the recently delivered IELTS with the Entity name 'Test ID International English' which is a valid Entity and the PTE with 'Test ID Pearson Test of Englis' also a valid Entity.  The problem is that even if a user runs the entity sync process, these entities do not show up as valid values on the prompt for the field Entity Name.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect these values to show in the dropdown.
