Can the Job Profile Management Queue (JPM_JP_SYNC) be Switched Off if not Using Recruiting? (Doc ID 1673322.1)

A customer has decommissioned PeopleSoft Recruiting/eRecruit and the Job Profile Management (JPM) queue is still switched on.  Several messages are failing with the error: "Duplicate applicant id exists for emplid xxxx". Will turning off this queue impact any other tables other than Recruiting?
