Goal

Why is the the 'Pick Up' flag sometimes greyed out when entering a Counter Sales Order line (navigation: Order Management, Quotes and Orders, Create/Update Counter Sale)?

Also, the default value for the 'Pick Up' flag comes from 'Customer Pick Up' option on the 'Ship Via Codes' page (navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain, Common Definitions, Shipping and Receiving, Ship Via Codes). Sometimes not only the 'Pick Up' flag is greyed out but it is also not checked while the 'Customer Pick Up' option has been setup to 'Yes' for the Ship Via Code used at the Counter Sales Order header level under the 'Ship To' section. Why is that?
