E-IB: Integration Gateway's errorLog.html Not Retrievable Via PIA Browser Using http://{host}:{port}/PSIGW/errorLog.html (Doc ID 1674770.1)

Issue:
---------
The site is trying to retrieve the Integration gateway's errorLog.html and msgLog.html files from the application using the following URLs, but not able to retrieve the files.


http://{host}:{port}/PSIGW/errorLog.html and http://{host}:{port}/PSIGW/msgLog.html

The files files exist on web server, as referenced in the integrationgateway.properties file

Impact:
-----------
Retrieving the gateway's log files via the application is a convenient way of checking the errors.  This retrieval is currently not working and therefore causes inconvenience when needing to request the files from the server via the administrator.
