Custom Application Engine program that uses the MCF Mail Classes, receives email format error, with invalid email address, and the PID of the AESRV crashes, on both PSUNX & PSNT, when format of the Email address is incorrect.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Launch custom Application Engine on either PSUNX or PSNT
2. Insure an email recipient has invalid address such as 'someone@somewhere.com@somewhere'
3. Observe the AESRV.PID crashes with PSPAL: Abort:
