Goal


Why are some columns missing on the Applicant Grid on Job Openings page?

When we log in with PeopleSoft Administrator role, search for a Job Opening, and then select a Job Opening from the search results, the next page shows a list of applicants who applied for the job.  Inside the grid that lists the applicants, the following icons are shown:

 


When we log in with other recruiting roles, however, some of the above columns/icons do not appear.  How do we configure the appearance of columns and actions?
