Symptoms

The Field Labels are missing on the xls of the Supplier Audit Template.

Steps to recreate the issue:

  1. Navigate to Setup Financials/Supply Chain - Product Related - Procurement Options - Suppliers - Supplier Audit Template.
  2. Search for existing values.
