EGL 9.2: Reversal Journal Not in JRNL_HDR_STATUS "D", When the Base Journal Is Unposted (Doc ID 1675936.1)

Reversal journal which was not posted, when the base or the original journal related to the reversal journal was marked for unposting, JRNL_HDR_STATUS of the reversal journal is not being set as "D".

When the original or base journal with a not posted reversal journal is unposted, the reversal journal should have jrnl_hdr_status as "D".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a journal marked for reversal for next period.
2. Edit the journal.
3. Next period is NOT open.
4. Post the journal.
5. Original journal is posted, whereas the reversal journal is sitting in JRNL_HDR_STATUS as "V".
6. Mark the journal for unposting. Original journal is now in JRNL_PROCESS_REQST as U.
7. Post the journal which was marked for unposting.

Notice that the JRNL_HDR_STATUS of reversal journal is NOT "D".
