Prevent the Creation of Duplicate Opportunities or Persons (Doc ID 1678152.1)

Symptoms

It should not be possible to create more Persons and Opportunities always using the same details (First Name, Last Name, etc).

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate to Customers CRM > Add Person
2. Create multiple Persons using always the same information (Name, address, email, etc.)
3. Navigate to Sales > Add Opportunity
4. Create multiple Opportunities using always the same information (Customer, address, description, etc.)
