EAP: Matching Process Does Not Pick Up Voucher When Match Action Is Matching & Worklist (Doc ID 1678456.1)

Symptoms


The delivered matching process through the run control does not pick up a voucher when 'Matching & Workflow/Email Notification' is selected. But, if only 'Matching' is selected it does pick up a voucher.



STEPS

  1. Add PO > Matching > Receiving
  2. Dispatch PO
  3. Add Voucher from PO 
  4. Run Matching > Match Action = Matching and Workflow/Email and Options = Voucher
